How AI Employee Solutions collects, uses and protects your personal information — including SMS & A2P 10DLC messaging data and your privacy rights.

Last updated 2026 · Please read carefully.

This Privacy Policy explains what we collect through our website, the AI employees we build, and the SMS & A2P 10DLC messaging we may send on your behalf — and the rights you have over that information. It applies alongside our Terms & Conditions and your service agreement.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Employee Solutions ("AI Employee Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit our website, engage our services, or interact with the AI employees we build, integrate and manage for your business.

This Privacy Policy applies alongside our Terms & Conditions and any service agreement or proposal you enter into with us. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in those agreements.

If you are engaging our services on behalf of a business, this policy describes how we handle the personal information you provide in that capacity, as well as the personal information of individuals — such as your customers, leads and contacts — that may be processed through an AI employee we deploy for you.

2. Information We Collect

Business and contact information. When you request a consultation, complete an assessment or qualification form, or subscribe to a plan, we may collect your name, business name, job title, business email address, phone number, website, industry, business size and other details you provide.

Payment and billing information. When you purchase a subscription, we process payment through our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers; payment details are handled by our payment processor in accordance with its own policies.

Onboarding and configuration information. During implementation, we may collect information about your services, customers, business hours, scheduling needs, communication preferences, knowledge-base content, CRM and software systems, and approved workflows used to configure your AI employee.

AI interaction and usage data. AI employees may generate call summaries, transcripts, message logs, qualification notes, appointment records and activity reports as part of the services. The content and metadata of interactions handled by an AI employee may be processed to deliver and manage the service.

SMS and messaging data. When an AI employee sends or receives SMS or MMS messages on your behalf, we may collect and process recipient phone numbers, message content, opt-in and opt-out status, delivery status, and related messaging metadata. See Section 4 for details on SMS messaging.

Technical and usage data. We may automatically collect information such as your device type, browser, IP address, pages visited and interaction data through cookies and similar technologies. See Section 8 for details on cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: provide, configure, manage and optimize the AI employees and services you engage; process payments and manage your subscription and billing; communicate with you about your account, onboarding and implementation; send service-related notices and support; send SMS and other messages where you have authorized an AI employee to do so; maintain opt-in and opt-out records for messaging compliance; improve our services, knowledge bases and workflows; and comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration, except as described in this Privacy Policy or where required or permitted by law.

4. SMS & MMS Messaging (A2P 10DLC)

As part of the services, AI employees may send and receive SMS and MMS messages — application-to-person (A2P) messaging — on behalf of your business. This section explains how personal information is handled in connection with A2P messaging.

Consent. We send marketing or promotional SMS messages only to recipients who have provided prior express written consent, and only where you have authorized an AI employee to send such messages. Transactional or operational messages, such as appointment confirmations, may be sent where permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for obtaining valid opt-in consent from your recipients and for providing us accurate opt-in records when requested.

Message content and phone numbers. To deliver SMS services, we collect and process recipient mobile phone numbers, the content of messages sent and received, message status (sent, delivered, undelivered) and timestamps. This information is used to deliver messages, maintain compliance, troubleshoot delivery and provide reporting.

Opt-out and HELP. Recipients may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to a message. When a recipient opts out, we suppress further messages to that number as required. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance or support with the program. Standard messaging rates may apply to recipients and are governed by their mobile carrier.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on the business workflows and approved campaign use case configured for your AI employee.

Sharing with carriers and the campaign registry. To register your brand and message campaigns and to deliver messages, we may share information — such as your business name, contact information, messaging use case and message content where required — with mobile carriers, the Campaign Registry or similar campaign-management bodies, and our messaging providers. This disclosure is necessary to complete A2P 10DLC registration and to deliver messages.

No sale of SMS data. We do not sell personal information collected through SMS messaging, except as permitted by law and described in this Privacy Policy. We do not use SMS data for purposes unrelated to the messaging services without consent where required.

Data retention for SMS. We retain SMS messaging data — including opt-in and opt-out records, message logs and compliance records — for as long as needed to provide the services, comply with legal and compliance obligations, and maintain records of consent as required by applicable messaging regulations and your service agreement.

5. How We Share Your Information

Service providers and vendors. We share information with third-party service providers that help us operate, deliver and improve our services, including payment processors, telephony and messaging providers, CRM and calendar integrations, AI and cloud infrastructure providers, and analytics tools. These providers process information on our behalf and under contractual obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Mobile carriers and campaign registry. For A2P 10DLC messaging, we may share information with mobile carriers and the Campaign Registry as necessary to register campaigns and deliver messages, as described in Section 4.

Legal compliance. We may disclose information where required by law, court order or government authority, or where we believe it is necessary to protect our rights, our users or public safety, or to enforce our agreements.

Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, asset sale or similar transaction, information may be transferred, subject to the protections described in this Privacy Policy.

Your customers' data. When an AI employee processes information about your customers, leads or contacts, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide that information and for complying with applicable privacy laws with respect to that data.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you; to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; to limit the use of your sensitive personal information; and to withdraw consent for processing carried out on the basis of consent.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us through the Contact page. We will respond in accordance with applicable law, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

If you are a resident of California, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration.

Opting out of SMS. To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. To opt out of marketing emails or other communications, follow the unsubscribe instructions in the message or contact us through the Contact page.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it in accordance with our retention practices and applicable law.

SMS messaging data, including consent and opt-out records, is retained for the period needed to maintain compliance with A2P 10DLC requirements, applicable messaging regulations and your service agreement.

8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to collect technical and usage data, remember preferences and analyze how our website is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling them may affect some features of the website.

Where required by law, we obtain your consent before placing non-essential cookies on your device.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information.

10. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website and services may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, tools and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and this Privacy Policy does not cover their handling of personal information. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child in violation of applicable law, please contact us.

12. International Users

If you access our services from outside the jurisdiction in which we operate, your information may be transferred to and processed in that jurisdiction. By using our services, you consent to such transfers in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date shown on this page. Material changes will be communicated as required. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

14. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your personal information, please contact us through the Contact page. This Privacy Policy, together with our Terms & Conditions and your service agreement, governs how we handle personal information in connection with the AI employees we build and manage for your business.

We do not sell your personal information. Where AI employees send SMS messages on your behalf, that data is shared only with the carriers, campaign registry and providers needed to register campaigns and deliver messages. You control opt-out at any time by replying STOP.
