Terms & Conditions
The agreement that governs your use of AI Employee Solutions and the AI employees we build for your business.
Last updated 2026 · Please read carefully.
These Terms describe the subscription, setup, usage, SMS & A2P 10DLC messaging, AI disclaimers and service rules that apply when AI Employee Solutions builds, integrates and manages an AI employee for your business. They apply alongside the service agreement or proposal you receive before purchase.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, services, AI employees and related offerings provided by AI Employee Solutions ("AI Employee Solutions," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing this website, requesting a consultation, completing checkout, or otherwise engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or engage our services.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Our Services
AI Employee Solutions designs, builds, integrates, deploys and optimizes purpose-built AI employees for businesses. We do not sell generic software. We build AI employees around specific business jobs and workflows, such as answering calls, qualifying leads, following up with prospects, scheduling appointments, supporting customer service and supporting administrative tasks.
Our services include consulting, workflow analysis, AI configuration, integration, implementation, ongoing management and optimization of AI employees within an agreed scope defined in your service agreement or proposal.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Standard plans (AI Receptionist, AI Lead & Appointment Pro and AI Sales Employee) are offered as recurring monthly subscriptions. Each subscription also requires a one-time setup fee as displayed on your selected plan and confirmed at checkout.
Your initial checkout total consists of the one-time setup fee plus the first month's subscription, excluding taxes and any applicable additional charges. After the first billing cycle, your recurring monthly subscription fee is billed automatically according to the billing schedule disclosed at checkout.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and any additional charges are presented before purchase where required.
4. Setup & Implementation
Your one-time setup fee covers the initial configuration, knowledge-base development and system connection work included in your selected plan and defined within the agreed scope.
Implementation timelines depend on the selected plan, the information you provide and the integrations approved. You will receive an estimated schedule during onboarding. We do not promise instant deployment or a specific launch date unless confirmed in your service agreement.
Additional services beyond the agreed scope — such as custom integrations, additional AI employees, additional locations, additional phone numbers, major knowledge-base redesigns, advanced workflow development, custom reporting or other specialized requests — may require separate charges that are approved by you before any work begins.
5. Usage & Fair Use
Standard plans include unlimited AI call minutes and billable messages within the agreed scope of your AI employee's responsibilities as defined in your service agreement.
Unlimited usage applies to the responsibilities and scope defined for your AI employee. Work that falls outside the agreed scope may require additional services, approved by you before any charge applies. AI Workforce and Enterprise usage allowances, limits and any applicable terms are defined in the individual service agreement.
Billable messaging units may include SMS segments, outbound and inbound messages and other messaging channels. Any channel-specific billing rules are defined before checkout.
6. SMS Messaging & A2P 10DLC Compliance
AI employees may send and receive SMS and MMS messages — application-to-person (A2P) messaging — on behalf of your business as part of the agreed scope of their responsibilities.
A2P 10DLC registration. Your business is responsible for registering its brand and message campaign use cases through the A2P 10DLC framework with the applicable carriers and campaign registry. AI Employee Solutions may assist with configuration, but the legal responsibility for brand and campaign registration, vetting, and ongoing compliance rests with your business.
Opt-in and consent. You must obtain prior express written consent from each recipient before sending marketing or promotional SMS messages, and you may only message phone numbers that have opted in to your program. You are responsible for maintaining accurate opt-in records.
Opt-out and HELP. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP, after which we suppress further messages to that number. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance with the program.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your business workflows and the approved campaign use case.
Carrier fees. A2P 10DLC carrier fees and campaign registration fees may apply and are separate from your subscription. Where applicable, these are disclosed before checkout or in your service agreement.
No delivery guarantee. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier filtering, network conditions, blocking, number portability, or recipient settings. AI Employee Solutions is not liable for undelivered, delayed, or filtered messages.
Prohibited content. You may not use messaging to send content prohibited by carrier rules, CTIA guidelines, or applicable law, including content related to sex, hate, arms or firearms, tobacco, or regulated drugs, or any deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful content.
Compliance responsibility. You are responsible for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA messaging guidelines, carrier rules, and other applicable messaging regulations for your use case and jurisdiction.
Data and privacy for SMS. Recipient phone numbers and message content may be stored and processed for delivery, analytics, and compliance purposes. See our Privacy Policy for information on how personal data is handled.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful business purposes and in a manner that does not violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party right. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, knowledge and content you provide for configuration of your AI employee.
You may not use an AI employee to engage in deceptive, misleading, harassing, discriminatory, infringing or unlawful conduct, or to misrepresent the capabilities or identity of your business.
8. AI Disclaimers & Regulated Industries
AI employees are designed to handle defined tasks and workflows. They do not replace human judgment in every situation and are not a substitute for professional advice. Some situations require human review, judgment, escalation or intervention.
Where AI interacts with regulated industries — including legal, financial, insurance, healthcare and other licensed professions — AI employees support intake, scheduling, qualification and communication only. They do not provide regulated professional advice, legal counsel, medical guidance, financial recommendations or licensed professional services.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of an AI employee complies with the laws, regulations, licensing requirements and professional obligations applicable to your industry and jurisdiction.
9. No Guarantees of Results
AI Employee Solutions does not guarantee specific revenue, savings, performance, response times, conversion rates, cost reductions or business outcomes. AI employees support business workflows; results depend on many factors specific to your business, market, workflow and operations.
Any statements about potential benefits, capabilities or use cases describe possible applications of AI and are not promises or guarantees of results.
10. Intellectual Property
This website and its original content, features, branding, design, methodology and functionality are the property of AI Employee Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Configuration, scripts, knowledge bases and systems we develop remain subject to the ownership and license terms set out in your service agreement. You retain ownership of the business information and content you provide to us.
11. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and timely information requested during onboarding and implementation, including details about your services, customers, business hours, scheduling needs and communication preferences.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving your AI employee's responses, workflows and business-specific instructions before launch, and for promptly notifying us of any issues after deployment.
12. Data & Confidentiality
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide any personal data, customer information or contact records used in connection with your AI employee, and for complying with applicable privacy laws.
Information about how we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. These Terms do not limit any rights you may have under applicable privacy law.
13. Cancellation & Termination
Cancellation rights, notice requirements, outstanding usage charges and any applicable commitments are governed by the service agreement provided before purchase.
We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you breach these Terms or your service agreement, or if continued service would create legal, compliance or operational risk.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Employee Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of revenue, profit, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total aggregate liability under any claim is limited to the amounts you actually paid us for the service giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Employee Solutions and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of an AI employee, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
16. Third-Party Services & Integrations
AI employees may connect to third-party systems such as CRM, calendar, telephony and messaging providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or performance of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their respective terms and policies.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date shown on this page. Material changes will be communicated as required. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Employee Solutions operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for any dispute arising from these Terms, except where prohibited by law.
19. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms or our services, please contact us through the Contact page. These Terms, together with your service agreement, form the complete agreement between you and AI Employee Solutions regarding your use of our services.
AI Employee Solutions designs and manages AI employees for approved business workflows. AI employees do not guarantee specific revenue, savings or performance outcomes, do not provide regulated professional advice where AI interacts with regulated industries, and messaging is subject to A2P 10DLC and applicable messaging compliance requirements.
